Our offices are located on the westbound side of West Broadway, directly across from the Simply Computing Apple Store. There is metered parking nearby and some free parking available on 10th and 11th Avenue.
We’re on the 2nd floor (Suite 200) and share a waiting area — if you see “Western Mortgage” on the wall in reception, you’re in the right place.
You’re welcome to wait in reception before your appointment begins. There’s no need to check in with the receptionist — simply take a seat, and your counsellor will come to greet you at your scheduled start time.
Please note: if your appointment is outside standard office hours or on a weekend, the outer lobby doors and the doors to our floor may be locked for security reasons. If that happens, please wait patiently — your counsellor will meet you outside at your appointment time.
