Our offices are located on the west bound side of the street, opposite the Simply Computing Apple store. There is metered parking around the area and some free parking on the streets around West Broadway (on 10th and 11th Street).
We are on the 2nd floor (floor 200) and have a waiting area (if it says "Western Mortgage" on the wall in reception, you are in the right place!).
You are welcome to come and wait in reception before your appointment starts and your counsellor will collect you at your appointment start time. There’s no need to check in with the receptionist, just take a seat!
Please note that if your appointment is ever outside of standard office hours, or on a weekend, the outer doors to our lobby and also our floor may be locked for security reasons. If this is the case, please be patient and your counsellor will come outside to meet you at your appointment time.
